EZList~MLS Global is a web based software program virtually identical to our standard web based offering. We can’t say it’s identical because there are a few very important differences. Notably, every word and every feature is available to REALTORS® in either English or in Spanish. Currency conversion is also available between the eight most popular currencies. Measurements appear in meters or feet. One can even enter the listing in Spanish and then view it in English. And it is all done in real time! We go even further! Each night, we manually review key text fields in each new listing to make sure the Spanish and/or English is idiomatically correct. Wow! By having your listings in both English and Spanish you may increase your effective client reach by 20%, 50% or even more.
