autorealty, LLC is a major software company providing real estate contract forms. Their products have been in the market place for over fifteen years. What makes our relationship with them special is that with one click in EZlist~MLS the agent is taken directly to the autorealty, LLC web site and by simply logging in and entering the mls number of the property being purchased, all of the required real estate contract forms are immediately autopopulated with available data from your EZlist~MLS database. (Of course, all contract fields will not be populated because all of the required fields will not be in the EZlist~MLS database.) Bringing the data directly from your database not only saves time, it improves quality by reducing the chance for “typo’s”.

This offer is not valid if your state association does not allow third parties to reproduce its forms. There are two pricing vehicles available. First, the entire board may sign a contract with autorealty, LLC. This approach provides the best pricing. Or, individual firms or agents may elect to use autorealty, LLC. Prices are somewhat higher for this option. Our price schedule is attached.

Web based service includes auto-population of forms with data residing in EZlist~MLS. The DeskTop product currently does not have the auto-population feature.
