We operate in a very small world. An idea introduced by one MLS vendor is known throughout the MLS world within days or weeks. The best tribute to our innovations has come from our competitors. During sales presentations, several boards have commented about how our competitors have hustled to play catch-up, sometimes copying (exactly) our technique and even our format. More indicators come from reciprocal users who wish their board would use our products. We hear from them at every trade show. They specifically mention our ease of use and reliability. While we can’t take credit for inventing the following technologies, we are deploying strong authentication, digital watermarkingEZList Dashboard and EZList EnhancedPasswords methodology and an expanded pendings section (the beginnings of transaction management) are now on-line. We are integrating third party software right into our products…googlemaps.com, autorealty.com, epresscopy.com and zillow.com, just to name a few. All of these are designed to help you become more productive and responsive to the needs of your clients.

Like it or not, others continue to provide new and innovative software in the real estate industry. Zillow.com is a recent example. Our company philosophy is to embrace these new technologies and integrate them into our products when we feel it is to your advantage. Either links or direct integration (auto-population of fields) is provided. Google Mapping is now fully integrated into our web based products. We can provide, when allowed by the local and state board, auto-population of sales contract forms through our efforts with autorealty.com.
